In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly Father, this Thanksgiving Day, we thank you for all the blessings in our lives.

For the gift of time this long weekend. Some of us will spend Thanksgiving with family and share a meal together while others are alone with no food to eat.

We give thanks for the food we have been blessed with and the comfort of our homes. We pray that those without food and shelter may find the support they need to be safe and not be hungry.

We give thanks for the people who work at the Regina Food Bank, Salvation Army, Carmichael Outreach, and all places that provide support for people in need. Give us the wisdom to know how best we can love and support the poor, Lord.

May we never take for granted the many blessings you have given us. Amen.

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
