Wellness Fair
“Wellness Starts at Home”
We are pleased to invite you to attend our Community Wellness Fair on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Dr. Martin LeBoldus Catholic High School (2330 25th Avenue).
This event is led by our student-run mental health and wellness group, The WellPack, in partnership with the Mental Health Capacity Building (MHCB) Program and our LeBoldus Wellness Committee. This year’s theme, “Wellness Starts at Home,” focuses on simple, practical ways families can support mental health and well-being in everyday life. Student-created interactive stations will offer engaging, easy-to-understand activities—showing that wellness does not have to be complicated.
The Wellness Fair is also an opportunity for student groups to showcase their clubs, promote connection, and encourage involvement. With RCSD’s theme “All Belong” and Mental Health Week’s theme “Come Together Canada,” this event highlights the importance of community, inclusion, and shared well-being.
We are excited to welcome several community agencies and programs who will host booths and share information about local supports and resources available to Regina families. Our 2025 Wellness Carnival welcomed approximately 350 attendees, and we anticipate another meaningful and engaging evening this year.
Free BBQ available (first come, first served)
